wahhhh so tiiiired.
i just came back from a jogg.
six roundds.
haven been exercisinggg.
so after a heavy breakfast i decided to work my hearttt.
lead a lifestyle thats a teeny weeny more healthy.
haha woke up at eight sth.
didnt wanna wake up that earlyy.
somehow i cant sleep till that late at times even when i want to.
tried to go back to beddd.
but couldnt.
so wokeee up.
lets see.
had kaya toast with cheese [home-made yakun]
garlic bread [toast]
many manyy ginger snapss.
six oreo cookies.
kinder bueno.
hl milk with raisin and oat cereal.
and some square biscuits with peanut butter.
when i jogged.
it was superrr tiringg mans!!
okies im still tiiiired
