yesterdayy was quite a good dayy.
went to watch love actuallyy.think it was quite goodd.

didnt train in the end yesterday.
my aim was to train like at least four or five times a week.
but i only trained like 3 times this week.
blarhhhs trained on mon tues and wed.
was sick on thurs and fri so didnt trainn.
then miss chan said i sounded sick.so she say dont hafta train on sat.
ill start trainingg next mon.which is toms.
hahas will be goingg to hk on fri.
hahas from mon to thurs.hafta train at least three times.
